We are seeking a skilled and analytical Market Researcher to join our team. As a Market Researcher, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing data to provide valuable insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide strategic decision-making and support the development of successful business strategies.
Responsibilities Plan, design, and execute market research projects to gather relevant data and insights
Conduct primary and secondary research using a variety of methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis
Analyze and interpret research findings to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
Generate detailed reports and presentations that communicate research results and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to inform strategic planning and decision-making
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities
Monitor and assess competitor activities and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
Work with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, segment markets, and develop customer personas
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity in research projects
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in market research or related roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights
Proficiency in using market research tools and methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SPSS, Tableau, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of specific industries or markets is a plus
