**JOB POSITION**:MARKET RESEARCHER**:

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Research, analyze and prepare reports/projects on key markets, competitors, and targets to support management and business development team efforts in the region
- Identifies and defines the objective of an assigned marketing research project; determines the best methods to use to meet those objectives.
- Daily monitoring of key markets, competitors, and targets to identify opportunities or threats.
- Research competitor's quantitative and qualitative information using external and internal sources.
- Systematically validate information following standard operating procedures.
- Structure the data/ information into a meaningful blueprint/ storyboard that can be presented for review
- Make presentations to internal stakeholders, gather feedback and update the deliverable accordingly
- Cold calls people using a given phone directory to sell company services
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls from prospective customers
- Conduct outbound sales call to find prospective leads
- Organize, track and maintain leads data including data entry, spreadsheets, and company contact list
- Generate new leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate salesforce environment
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
**SKILL SET**:
- Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
- At least 2 years of corporate outbound BPO sales experience
- A self-starter, at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales and/or account management.
- Able to build rapport quickly with a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds.Persistent, goal-oriented, and highly professional
- Able to put the interest, goals, and welfare of the firm on top of his priorities.
- Self-motivated to proactively research new leads and follow up to grow the business
- High-level work ethics and trustworthiness.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
- Excellent in oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal/ people skills.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proficient in English written and spoken.
- **Extensive experience with Internet research is essential.

- Experience in doing **secondary research (internet research), Competitive benchmarking, company profiling, and competitive research**:
- Must be highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salesforce or Pipedrive is a plus.
- Fresh Graduates may apply.
- Must be residing in Cavite or more than willing to work in Kawit Cavite.
