They provide a range of services, such as subject moderation, CRM, telesales, communication, and collection of past-due payments.
Position: Market Research Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Flexible
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 60,000 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Hybrid (2 days work from home)

JOB REQUIREMENT:
*Holding a bachelor's degree.
*A minimum of 2 years of experience in market and client research
* Has experience with any kind of data visualization tool or software.
*It is advantageous to have prior work experience in the same industry.
*Able to work according to a flexible schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*To identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and service diversification, conduct thorough market research and analyze market data.
*Utilize advanced analytical techniques and resources to get insightful information from data.
*Create relationships of trust with research partners and external data sources.
*Define performance criteria and provide ongoing coaching and growth opportunities for a team of research analysts.
*Any more tasks as given.
