Responsibilities
• Define research process and requirements• Conduct primary and secondary research to generate actionable insights• Design reporting and benchmarking frameworks• Develop business cases and strategic assessments• Deliver best-in-class insights across sales, marketing, and customer service• Support business development and thought leadership• Maximize experience in conducting foundational, strategic, and iterative research• Collaborate with stakeholders to draw out insights• Work in a fast-paced dynamic environment• Communicate and present findings to key stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with MBA• Experience in delivering insights and executing research strategies• Extensive knowledge of primary research techniques• Experience working with middle to senior management levels• Hands-on experience with research tools/platforms
