The Market Research Assistant's primary function is to develop social media strategies for local and US clients, create content, engage with trends and businesses, manage posting and advertising, track performance, collaborate with teams, and implement strategies.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related courses- Working experience in marketing is an advantage- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (with related internship experience)- Knowledge of various digital marketing platforms including social media and SEO- Highly organized with keen attention to detail, effective communication skills, research, leadership and excellent time management abilities- Must be adaptable to the evolving business settings and possess strong work ethics- Can work with less supervision and computer savvy- Willing to do fieldwork when neededResponsibilities:- Perform an environmental scanning to determine the needs of the current market.- Gather, analyze, and interpret data on the research that will be conducted.- Create and present business plans.- Continuous market research for the marketing of the business. -Implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the approved recommendations- Check the progress of all business development activities.- Work with cross-functional teams for the business platform creation.- Write and create content, research, and canvas materials for website and social media platforms.- Manage both website and social media platforms (uploading and modifying content).- Improve the performance of all online channels for brand awareness (increasing visitors, likes, and engagements).- Perform other research tasks as assigned by the managementAdditional Information:- On-site Setup- Work Location: Kepwealth Center, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City- Full-time Employment- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM- Fixed weekends off- Only Cebu-based applicants will be entertainedQualified applicants will be contacted through text, call, or email by our Recruitment Team.
