COMPANY PROFILE: A BPO company established in the Philippines for over 28 years now. They offer a variety of services including outstanding payment collection, communication, tele sales, CRM and subject moderation.

Position: Market Research Analyst
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Flexible
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 60,000 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Hybrid (2 days work from home)

JOB REQUIREMENT:
*Bachelor's degree holder.
*At least 3-5 years of working experience in Market and Client Research
*Has experience using any data visualization software/tool.
*Has working experience in the same industry is an advantage
*Amenable to work on a flexible working schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*To find chances for development, expansion, and service diversification, analyze market data and carry out in-depth market research.
*Make use of sophisticated analytical methods and tools to glean valuable insights from data.
*Establish trusting bonds with outside data sources and research partners.
*Establish defined performance standards and give a group of research analysts continual coaching and development opportunities.
*Other task as assigned.
