As project manager you will drive execution of strategic and tactical initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, including solutioning, process design, resource management and reporting of status to stakeholders and senior management. You will lead end-to-end delivery of projects, partnering closely with teams across Operations, Technology, as well as Product Development, Business Management, Sales & Trading, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and other corporate functions.
Job Responsibilities Lead the delivery of strategic, process improvement and regulatory projects. Identify business model, operational process, systems, and resourcing impacts resulting from these initiatives; working in partnership with key stakeholders including business, technology, compliance, risk, and finance as required. Possess continuous improvement and change management mindset, questioning conventional ways of managing the business and driving change to improve processes. Translate business requirements into value-added, comprehensive solutions and test plans using appropriate processes, procedures, and technology. Maintain a robust and auditable governance process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of overall project, through use of project framework, methodologies, reporting and appropriate escalation. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, provide leadership, direction and focus for business functions and project resources. Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills Prior roles/experience in Markets Operations required. Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management / Change Management experience within the financial services industry. Proven project management and organizational skills, able to take the lead in unstructured situations, including seizing new opportunities. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner with all types of stakeholders, at all levels across the business areas including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Problem solving skills – the candidate must demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to independently identify and escalate key issues, obtain appropriate information from further analysis, and develop actionable recommendations. Teamwork skills – the candidate must be flexible in his/her/their work style and be able to work appropriately with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels. Ability to partner with multiple internal teams, external clients & 3rd party service providers. Ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals. Ability to think strategically combined with strong analytical skills. Amenable to working onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Preferred Qualifications, Certifications, and Technical Skills: Minimum bachelor's degree [Finance, Business, Accounting]. Knowledge of Settlement Operations experience is highly preferred. Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, UI Path), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView/Qliksense) is preferred.
