Job Description

o Track, reconcile, dispute (if necessary), and then process Market Data invoices accordingly
o Support procurements contract renewal process by sending alerts for upcoming renewals and helping
track against key renewal/cancellation dates
o Process license moves, adds, and changes for designated products
o Partner with MDO on all Market Data Governance and Transparency initiatives

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics,
Accounting or other related business courses.
• 5+ years experience in the finance industry
• Solid understanding of accounting systems, cost management, AP and FP&A
• You are detail-oriented, have strong relationship-building skills, and can articulate messages to a
variety of audiences
• You are transparent and comfortable communicating issues openly and directly
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferable
• Asset management industry knowledge a plus
