Salary: 25,000 - 35,000WITH SATURDAY SCHEDULE- Prepare practical execution plans for civil and marine construction works: method statement, executive drawings, and construction schedule- Collaborate with Estimation and Construction team- Provide coaching, guidance, and supervision for the teamQUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO PAGBILAO QUEZON (Expenses will be shouldered by the company)- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing detailed plans and schedules for marine construction projects; construction of docks, piers, and offshore structures- With established practical experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and managing project timelines and resources- Proficiency in planning software such as MSO, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools- independent, active, proactive, and collaborative team player- Strategic thinker, innovative, and has strong problem-solving skill- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven, and diverse environment
