Manufacturing Site Manager

Ensuring that operations run smoothly by efficiently managing resources, facilities, and people.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective resource planning strategies to ensure timely delivery of needed resources from corporate business partners.
-Coordinate with various departments (procurement, supply chain, logistics, and production) to ensure alignment on resource needs.
-Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing site, ensuring smooth coordination between production, maintenance, and administrative functions.
-Ensure that production schedules are met efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards.
-Oversee the design, maintenance, and management of site facilities and utilities (water, power, HVAC systems, etc.), ensuring they meet operational and safety standards.
-Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for plant facilities and equipment to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
-Lead, mentor, and manage site personnel, ensuring effective team collaboration and alignment with company goals.
-Ensure the site complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and corporate policies.
-Monitor safety procedures and work closely with the safety department to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
-Manage the site's operational budget, including maintenance costs, equipment upgrades, and utility expenses.
-Liaise with corporate business partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of operations and timely procurement of resources.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
-Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing operations or a related industry (consumer goods).
-Extensive experience in facilities and utilities design, maintenance, and management within a production setting.
-Demonstrated success in resource planning and allocation, with strong project management skills.
-Broad knowledge of administrative functions, including HR, payroll, and general site administration.
-Knowledgeable in safety standards, environmental regulations, and compliance for food manufacturing.
-Amenable to work onsite in Tanza, Cavite
