Manufacturing Engineer - Cavite

WORK LOCATION: Rosario, Cavite

DEPARTMENT: Product Development
REPORTS TO: Engineering Manager
JOB PURPOSE: Focus on the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes to achieve efficient and cost-effective production; Collaboration with design, production, and quality teams to ensure that products are manufactured to
the highest standards; Involved in troubleshooting process issues, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Industrial Engineering
- With 2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- Proficiency in CAD / CAM software and other engineering tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
