Manufacturing Division Manager

The Sr. Vice President - Manufacturing is responsible for the overall formulation and implementation of Manufacturing Division's policies and procedures concerning: production operations of Before Heat Treatment Machining (BHT), After Heat Treatment Machining (AHT), Assembly (ASD) and Heat Treatment (HTD) Departments, to ensure overall effectiveness and conformance to management target in quality, cost, delivery and safety; Maintenance Engineering Department (MED) by providing maintenance to the manufacturing equipment, buildings and grounds in support of the production operations; and Production Control Department (PCD) through meeting customers' requirements through Planning, Material ordering and Warehousing, & Customs and Traffic Import/Export documentation and its shipment.
**Requirements**:
1.
College Graduate in Engineering or related industrial, scientific, or business field required

2.
10 to 15 years of related experience required with at least 10 years of managerial experience

3.
Thorough understanding of manufacturing standards and methodologies.
4.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.
Strong managerial and leadership skills

- 8 hour shift
