Manual Tester

Must Have: Graduate of any bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience as Manual Tester.Must have experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scenariosSolid knowledge of manual testing methodologies and toolsExperience with testing tools like HP Quality Center, JIRA, or similar.Must be knowledgeable in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Must be knowledgeable in Defect Life CycleKnowledge in TOAD is an advantage.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearlyMust be amenable to work onsite in Makati City Good to Have: Experience in banking.Strong understanding of banking processes and regulations.Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.Familiarity with automated testing principles can be advantageous.Knowledge of SQL for database testing and querying.
