Assisting customers, respond to customer inquiries and concerns , handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, and having good teamwork ability.
Consult customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs, resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner with patience and understanding.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction quickly, take the extra mile to engage customers.
Ability to multitask and manage the time effectively.
Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
