Position: Mandarin HR Training Manager
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: Taguig City

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 (Negotiable)
Requirements:
?Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Behavioral Science
?Must have at least 2 years extensive experience in the related field
?Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
?Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
?Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
?Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
?Remarkable negotiation and conflict management skills.
Duties:
?Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
?Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
?Deploy a wide variety of training methods and conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
?Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and report on them.
