Position: Mandarin HR Supervisor
Industry: Logistics Company
Schedule: Dayshift (Mon-Sat)
Salary: P 50,000 above
Location: BGC, Taguig City

Requirements:
?Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management,
Psychology, or equivalent.
?At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
?With experience in all HR facets but not required.
?Must have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
?With excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin, English

Responsibilities:
?Plans and evaluates the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidates.
?Initiates and plans recruitment strategies and programs pertaining to sourcing, selection, job offer, and deployment.
?Processing of government remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) updates and reports. Facilitates government loan/benefit application, releasing, payment.
?Processing of Personnel Action Form.
?Processing of Promotions, change of salary, and change in ranks.
?Responsible for disseminating statutory benefits-related information throughout the organization.
?Reports newly hired and resigned employees to the government offices.
?Assist in the timekeeping process.
?Coordinates with Regional Offices.
