Responsibilities:
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Sustaining long-standing relationships with recruitment vendors.
Coordinating and bridge of TA and the recruitment vendors for requisition.

Requirements
Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
Bachelor's Degree graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
Background in general HR
At least 1-2 years experience in the Recruitment field.
