Position: Mandarin HR Recruitment Manager

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 (Negotiable)
Requirements:
?Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Behavioral Science
?Must have at least 2 years extensive experience in the related field
?In-depth understanding of principles and processes in Human Resources Field (Recruitment and Employee Relations)
?Knowledgeable in using job portals and manage manpower providers for recruitment and selection of key positions; with strong interpersonal skills and wide array of connections
?Adequate knowledge with Philippine Labor Laws with its implementing rules and regulations.
?Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
?Willing to do fieldwork when the need arises.
Duties:
?Oversees the end to end recruitment flow for HQ employees. (sourcing, posting, initial interview, coordination with hiring managers, offboarding, resignation and quitclaim)
?Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
?Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options..
?Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
?Conducting interviews with Filipino-Chinese job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
?Prepares and update monthly recruitment and onboarding report for Head Office.
?Prepares and ensures that payment for headhunters and recruitment portals are accurate and paid in a timely manner
?Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
?Organizes and assists the HR Team in the implementation of company initiated activities
?Prepare ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
