Position: Mandarin HR Manager
Location: Sta. Cruz, Manila
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Schedule: Dayshift, Monday to Saturday
Benefits: Health Insurance, Vacation Leaves, Sick Leaves, Government-Mandated Benefits, Can process Visa


Requirements:
College graduate of any HR related course
Excellent in Mandarin and English language
With 3-5 years work experience as HR Manager or Admin manager
Open to Native applicants willing to work in Sta. Cruz, Manila
With familiarity in Philippine Labor Law

Duties:
Develop and maintain various recruitment channels, establish a talent pool, improve recruitment efficiency and meet the manpower needs of the business team in a timely manner.
Supporting the business team, gaining an in-depth understanding of the business situation and team operations, understanding the business strategy and promoting the effective implementation of HR strategy in the business unit.
Designing personal growth paths and personnel development programs for business team situations, effectively formulating and implementing talent development plans and following up on implementation.
Providing support for team development, applying professional theories, methods and tools to provide comprehensive solutions for business teams, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other HR work.
Promote the company culture, plan and organize staff activities, create a positive team atmosphere and enhance team cohesion.
