Job Title: Mandarin HR Helpdesk
Location: Laguna
Industry: IT Company
Salary: P 65,000 - P 75,000 ALL BASIC
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM)

Requirement:
? Proficient in Mandarin and English
? Experience assisting customers on the phone and live chat, email, social media, and web form submissions
? Preferably Filipino-Chinese or fresh graduates or someone with a CSR background
? Amenable to working in Laguna

Duties:
? Responsible to answer emails and chats regarding Payrolls and HR role
? Provide solutions to inquiries from employees of these companies located abroad
? Responding via email if the inquiry is basic
? Coordinate with employees of a head office located in China
? Updating employee files such as new address or marital status
? Respond to internal employee concerns via email and calls
? Answer calls from internal employees during office hours
? Listen to global employees and give solutions to their concerns
? Explain and record disputes to salary
? Refresh employees regarding a signed agreement
? Collect and approve employees' leaves and absences
