Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in conversational Mandarin Chinese , must Fluent in listening, speaking, typing, and reading, having strong understanding ability in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
2. Good learning ability, communication skills, execution ability and comprehension ability.
3. Ability to thrive in high- pressure environments and having a capacity to excel in demanding situations and a strong team-oriented attitude.
4. Experience working in customer service team, particularly for online gaming platforms.
5. Willing to work in shifting schedules.
