Mandarin Bilingual - Technical Support Analyst (Hybrid)

Shift Schedule: Mid-shift (2 pm-11 pm)
Work Setup: Hybrid work set-up (3x onsite, 2x WFH weekly)
Position type: Individual Contributor role

Key Requirements:
BA/BS Degree in an IT-related?field
Excellent bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English, able to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers, executives, and SMEs.
Experienced in technical support or software support, preferably Microsoft: 1 to 5 years of technical?software?support or help desk experience?(preferred)
Comfortable in providing support via ?phone, email, and remote sessions
Strong interest or experience with Microsoft?technology stack?(including SharePoint, Office 365, Azure,?Windows Server, SQL Server,?and?IIS)
Must be a Filipino citizen or eligible to work in PH

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
