•Oversee our content publishing needs in a fast-paced work environment•Primary duties include content strategy, proofreading and editing, analyzing readership data, and developing content strategy•Manage our website to ensure site traffic and ad placement targets are reached.•Produce copy, content, articles, and other editorial services as requested•Supervise writers and coordinate with freelance contributors•Plan and manage all daily operations of the Editorial Team•Coordinate editorial publications and meetings•Create and manage detailed content schedules•Oversee proofreading procedures and edit copy when necessary•Assist in evaluating finalized copy for compliance with policies, style, and tone•Analyze performance metrics across properties to quantify results•Monitor and optimize performance to meet traffic, engagement, and growth targets
