Job Description
Prepares valuation reports (ocular inspection, research, data analysis, report preparation)
Creates new accounts and manages existing ones
Manages junior valuers, as needed
Participate in valuation and other company projects, as needed
**Qualifications**:
Graduate of business (finance, management) or engineering (civil, mechanical) courses
At least 5 years relevant industry experience is required
Good command of both written & spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure with client interactions
Real Estate Appraiser License is required
Real Estate Broker License is an advantage
Other PRC professional license in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning is an advantage
Proficiency in income valuation techniques is required
Experience in business development and client management is required
AUTOCAD knowledge is a plus
