As Manager, Total Rewards, you will: Align local organization's total rewards programs and strategies to Copeland's global total rewards philosophy. Lead the planning, design, execution, and communication of all company compensation programs, rewards, recognition, and incentive programs, including policy and procedure design, any new policies or policy changes, and administration. Oversee the review, communication, and implementation of annual benefit programs, annual total compensation reviews, and the annual performance review reward processes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits. Lead the resolution of compensation and benefits policy issues and ensure seamless adoption and communication of any new policies or policy changes to partners and employees. Lead benefits strategy and design, including administration, implementation, and communication of total rewards, retirement plans, compliance, governance, benefits accounting, and vendor management. Participate in market and benchmarking studies to identify compensation trends in the local marketplace and wider industry to ensure a competitive position. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment. 
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:  5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Solid background and exposure to compensation and benefits strategies and management, government regulations, and compliance requirements. Experience in salary survey methodologies and flexible benefit methodologies. Experience leading a team of total rewards professionals. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with data extraction and analysis and can recommend and report insights. #LI-Hybrid
