Manager- Process Training (Cpt Manager)

Education Requirements:
Graduation (in any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education. A formal certification in training would
be preferred (Train the Trainer Certification, Advanced Facilitation Certification etc)

Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of work experience in the Training Industry. Prior exposure to managing training delivery in a reputed
organization will be preferred.

Basic Function

The primary responsibility of this role is Training Improvement and People Management.
Work towards the optimization of training resources and meeting challenges continually. The job also includes reviewing
the training needs, training quality and strategies to further enhance the effectiveness of training.
The primary interactions would include meeting with Assistant Manager Training Delivery and Operations Managers for
ongoing feedback on the training effectiveness.
