Job DescriptionGeneral Affairs, Human Resources, and Labor Management
• Oversee HR systems and general affairs, supporting organizational operations including labor management.
• Plan and manage various HR-related tasks (recruitment, training, evaluations, payroll, etc.) to create a conducive work environment for employees.Tax and Legal Management
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of Philippine tax laws, overseeing company activities to ensure legal compliance.
• Handle legal matters (including litigation) when necessary, collaborating with attorneys for risk management.Coordination with Headquarters and Regional Head Office
• Collaborate with the Japanese headquarters and the Singapore regional head office, sharing policies and confirming operational directions.
• Promote operational efficiency by utilizing the SAP system at headquarters, including data management.Office and Factory Management
• Manage general affairs for the new office and factory in the Bectan area, supporting facility maintenance and operations.
• Optimize work environments by implementing and managing WFH (work-from-home) systems and attendance policies.Career Path Development
• Develop a career pathway to eventually serve as an HR manager, performing hands-on tasks and becoming a central figure in HR.
• Focus on team management, guidance, and development, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.QualificationsRequirementRequired Qualifications:
• Experience as a manager in general affairs, human resources, or labor (industry agnostic).
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations or basic understanding of Philippine legal matters.
• Business-level English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in handling litigation and legal risk management.
• Experience with systems such as SAP.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information• 13th Month Bonus
• Annual Bonus (paid in April)

• Domestic Travel Allowance: 20 USD (approximately 1,135 PHP) per night
