• Works with clients, providers or patients to review cases, claims and/or benefits.
• Coordinates with medical director on complex cases/claims.
• Manages productivity levels to achieve financial goals.
• Guides area of responsibility by being knowledgeable of clinical regulations.
• Participates in product development through customer and employee feedback.
