In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us.
Your 'day to day'
- Key driver of locally driven and curated talent development initiatives and projects, ensuring continuous capability building that will enable, strengthen, and sustain the talent pipeline of PMFTC

Talent Management**: strategy & program execution, including adapting global/regional talent management solutions for local market requirements supporting ITM head in the planning and execution of talent reviews and following through on agreed actions across the affiliate

Performance Management**: lead the end-to-end deployment, change management and communications of MyPerformance (PMI's performance management approach), facilitating all relevant activities and ensuring that the local execution is effectively utilized and aligned in accordance with PMI global standards.
Closely support functional and P&C colleagues and provide relevant and necessary guidance, capability building resources at every key step of MyPerformance
- Proactive support delivery to ITM team members and P&C Business Partners in formulating and implementing integrated talent management solutions across multiple disciplines and workstreams.
**Who we're looking for**:
- Challenging the status quo, bringing novel, progressive and contemporary thinking and proposals
- A strategic, helicopter-view perspective on the design of all programs & initiatives so that they complement and build on each other in support of our business imperatives
- A practical and pragmatic execution, which triggers the need to simplify rather than complexify
- Digital at the core of all programs, transcending the format (i.e.
digital platforms) but ingrained into the very mindset of the organization
- Impactful data storytelling, sound analytics supported by strong insighting tools.
- Solid HR expertise of 5-8 years in performance management, org/talent planning, talent reviews, advancement planning, and succession planning
