Your Role: Job Responsibilities Coach instructional designers, content developers, and content writers to prepare materials for development workshops, process and foundation training, and continuing education. Provide clear and effective feedback to the team with the intent to develop their instructional design skills. Collaborate with the team to understand the business problem and identify the solution approach and work through the design, development, and delivery phases. Conduct a Training Needs Analysis to develop the training curriculum specific to people and talent development. Develop high-quality and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum. Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables. Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution. Review training deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and industry standards. Identify and share the risks with the Project Leads/Functional Manager to discuss alternative solutions. Skill and Qualification 3+ years of experience in the areas of instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technology. 3+ years of proven expertise in executing successful corporate learning programs and managing teams. Experience in leading and managing agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferably a graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature / Advertising / Public Relations but not necessarily a requirement. Proficiency in instructional design, research and information gathering, content analysis, content design, and knowledge of the latest trends in the learning industry. Strong knowledge of industry-standard design/rapid authoring tools such as Articulate/Captivate (and/or other platforms). Work in a problem-solving and agile environment. Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills with strong business acumen. What we do.
