Description
The role is for a highly skilled and motivated individual who will co-lead the deployment of Microsoft Power Platform initiatives at a regional and global level. This role will work closely with all stakeholders to support the successful training, implementation, and adoption of Microsoft Power Platform. The Manager will bring technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and other Low Code No Code platforms, project management skills, training and mentoring skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Training: Lead training sessions on Microsoft Power Platform's low-code/no-code tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps, and other LCNC platforms as required. This role will be responsible for upskilling diverse teams across multiple regions, equipping them with the skills needed to leverage LCNC technologies effectively.
2.Mentoring and Coaching: Provide in-depth technical coaching and mentoring to trainees on app development, ensuring they apply best practices and advanced functionalities to maximize the capabilities of their applications.
3.Application and Solution Development: Develop and manage automation applications and tools using Low Code No Code technology (primary) and at certain instances use High Code/Pro Code technology, as applicable. The developer is responsible for technical assessment, design, programming, simulation, testing, deployment, and iteration of various solutions for the process. Capitalize on the use of Low Code No Code (Microsoft Power Platform – main reference, other platforms for consideration soon) as a primary means of automation. High Code/Pro Code as secondary reference
4.Project Management:Plan, execution, and monitoring of Power Platform deployment initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment in alignment with business objectives.
5.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong partnerships with client, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and foster collaboration. Communicate effectively to manage expectations, provide project updates, and ensure alignment throughout the deployment process.
6.Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements during Power Platform deployment. Establish and enforce governance policies, best practices, and standards to ensure the integrity and security of deployed solutions.
7.Emerging technologies: Source market for emerging technologies. Utilize the emerging technology and apply in automation projects. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform and applicable Low Code No Code and High Code technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; trainings and/or certifications in Microsoft Power Platforms
- 10+ years' experience in Innovation and/or Transformation, 3+ years related to engagements on Microsoft Power Platforms
- Proven experience in leading Microsoft Power Platform training, deployment projects at an enterprise level.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with information security, data privacy, and compliance requirements
