Manager For Audit Of Program Enterprise

The Manager for Audit of Program Enterprise (?the MAPE?)
generally exercises functional oversight in the planning, execution, reporting, and follow up phases of various audit engagements with the Program Units or Strategic Business Units (except for RAFI Micro-finance, Inc.) and Strategic Internal Partners.
 

The MAPE is primarily responsible and accountable for the management of the Internal Audit Group for RAFI, including such aspects as annual planning and budgeting, staff hiring and training and development, team performance management, reporting to management,

financial transactions authorization, review and control, and such other administrative matters necessary for the operations of the Internal Audit Group ?
RAFI Unit. 

Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy

Must be a Certified Public Accountant or preferably a Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Internal Control Auditor

At least 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position

Experience in a non profit organization is an advantage
