In your new role you will:Ensure continuous smooth Operation of Electrical High and Low power system, Facility Management and Control System (FMCS) and Day to Day FM Control Room service. Ensuring Zero ITP and Zero Incident and meeting Key Department result.Lead FM engineers/executive interfacing in all relevant audits and authority inspections, maintain FM documentations which related to Engineering and Operations ( as-built drawing, up to date layouts, authority documentations, licenses etc.)Lead FM system owners in ensuring on-time maintenance fulfillment for all relevant services and ensure updating, tracking and monitoring of Facility Assets list and Assets maintenance in SAP-PM.Continuously identify and asses all Electrical and Control system equipment's health level and life-spent.Plan and execute equipment and system upgrading according to FM Bluebook and continuous improvement program. Coordination of new facilities system transition from project completion phase to operation phase. Subsequently provide input to Engineering section for development phase.Improve systematic of cost planning, tracking and control to increase efficiency of operation cost management.
