Preferred Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required

Preferred Work Experience
3-5 years' experience of medical coding, medical billing, eligibility (hospital or government) or other pertinent medical experience is preferred
Prior supervisory experience is preferred

Proficiency in working effectively and communicating with colleagues, staff, and clients
Consistently project a professional and courteous demeanor
Possess proficient PC knowledge and the ability to type at a rate of 30-40 words per minute
Display initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities.

Skillful at prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Must exhibit strong leadership capabilities
