Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify digitalization and automation requirements and opportunities, conduct feasibility studies and define harmonized digitalization and automation requirements across BE QM Collaborate with IT team to design, develop and implement digitalization and automation solution, utilizing technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and workflow automation tools You are best equipped for this task if you have: Minimum 8 years of working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or relevant manufacturing environment, working on digitalization and automation programs/projects Relevant degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or equivalent Strong business understanding and experience in business architecture, process and workflow automation Knowledge of digital platforms and automation technologies, such as RPA, AI, ML and workflow automation tools Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify digitalization and automation opportunities and recommend suitable solutions Knowledge and skills in Project management Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and FI or IT stakeholders Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
