About the role This role will be responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, with a focus on expanding the new business. The role will be reporting to C-Level Executives.
This role is a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales initiatives to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will optimize the product-market fit, managing performance marketing campaigns, and unlock new revenue streams.
Develop and implement growth strategies that scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Lead and collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth efforts with overall business objectives.Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing to drive traffic and conversions.Use analytics and data to make informed decisions, track KPIs, and continuously iterate on strategies to improve growth metrics.Develop strategies to acquire and retain customers, leveraging both organic and paid acquisition channels.Identify and develop strategic partnerships that can accelerate growth, including collaborations with healthcare providers, technology platforms, and wellness influencers.Work closely with the product and tech teams to improve the customer experience and ensure the product meets the needs of the target audience.Oversee and work with the sales team to develop scalable sales processes and close deals with key customers and partners.Own the revenue targets, ensuring all efforts are aligned with generating measurable revenue growth through direct sales, partnerships, or innovative models.Lead experiments in new marketing channels, pricing strategies, and business models, while optimizing for customer lifetime value.Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors, providing recommendations on how the company can stay competitive.Build, mentor, and manage a growth team to drive ongoing improvement in key performance metrics.Build out reports that align with the key objectives.About you Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.7+ years in growth, marketing, business development, or sales roles, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.Demonstrated success in scaling start-up businesses is a must.Experience managing cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and mentorship.Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to make data-driven decisions.In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.Experience working with or managing sales teams, with the ability to close high-value deals and develop long-term customer relationships.Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and the ability to work with product and tech teams on growth initiatives.Preferred experience in or knowledge of the healthcare, wellness, or health tech sectors.Ability to think strategically and translate company goals into actionable growth initiatives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate growth strategies to senior management and stakeholders.A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.What we offer As a Twoconnect employee, you get to enjoy the following:
