Management Trainee - Sales

- Graduate of any four year course. - With Supervisory or Managerial level of experience. - With extensive background in Sales management especially in FMCG. - Excellent people management and communication skill. - With motorcycle and driver's license. - Know how to drive four wheels- Willing to be assign in South GMA Areas ( Taguig, Pasay, Paranaque, Pasig, Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Pateros and nearby areas ) - Willing to report in Parañaque Office ( Cervantes St. West Service Rd. Bicutan-Sucat Parañaque City )Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reachMeet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needsRecruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling themEnsure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progressManage the month-end and year-end close processesLead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolutionManage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer servicePartner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systemsWork closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliantOversee materials and inventory
