Job Description
Responsibilities:

Identifying and addressing problems.
Collecting relevant information and data.
Perform business transformation assessment on the 7 key business processes of the client.
Performs gap analysis and other data gathering activities, facilitate workshops, discuss and present results to clients and other stakeholders, draft reports.
Advising and guiding management.
Required Skills:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources or related courses.
Has at least 3 years of extensive knowledge of business process improvement and change management.
Has good risk management mindset and is client-oriented.
Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects.
Strong business and industry knowledge.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
