Designation: SAP S/4 HANA Consultant/Analyst
Experience: 4-6 years
Requirements: MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 Institutes.Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP S/4 HANA Platform, with a focus on the freight and logistics industry.Must have done at least 2 End to End S/4 HANA Large Scale Implementations.In-depth knowledge of capabilities in Freight and Logistics (F&L) consulting.Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges in the freight and logistics (F&L) industry.Support design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients in the freight and logistics sector.Provide expertise in areas such as transportation management, warehouse management, freight forwarding, and supply chain optimization.Lead workshops, conduct gap analysis, and recommend best practices to optimize business processes using SAP S/4 HANA Platform.Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and utilization of SAP solutions.Experience in Freight and Logistics (F&L) Verticals is highly desirable.Key Skills: Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues in time.Effective presentation and public speaking skills.Analytical skills to bring clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Manage and work with key stakeholders onshore and onsite.If you have hands-on experience in SAP - Freight and Logistics, please indicate Yes or No.
