Job DescriptionResponsibilities Take on a leadership role by formulating and executing strategic plans in line with company objectives.Develop and execute data-driven strategies for mall expansions and partnerships.Cultivate relationships with various mall point persons for strategic expansion.Collaborate with key contacts for mall hook-ups, including IT and mall teams.Process incoming mall hook-ups and accreditations efficiently.Support clients in their usage of the POS system within mall premises, addressing concerns as needed.Ensure compliance with mall regulations and requirements.Foster effective communication between UTAK POS and mall stakeholders.Contribute to the growth of UTAK's accreditation in multiple malls.Update and maintain trackers for accurate record-keeping.Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency.RequirementsQualifications Experience in business, communication, compliance, mall processes, external relations, or a related field.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving concerns.Comfortable handling calls and corresponding through text, email, and chats.Previous experience in customer service, compliance, or a related role is preferred.Proficient in maintaining accurate records and trackers.Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously.Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.Familiarity with BIR processes and mall accreditation is advantageous.
