Oversee Operational Procedures Devise and Implement Innovative Strategies Manage Available Resources Communicate Operations Performance Review Market and Regulatory Developments Advertise and Market the Mall Negotiate Contracts Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Marketing, Operations Management, Business Management or Other related course Mall Management- Knowledgeable in mall operations Competencies – Administrative support and customer service focus Product Knowledge – Deep understanding in mall industry Amenable to work 6x/week, during holiday and to work longer hours At least 2 years of working experience in the related field Good communication both written and oral skills Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional manner Must be attentive and has a sense of urgency Hardworking and responsible Keen to details and has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities Knowledgeable in using MS Application (Word, Excel and PPT)
