MALL MANAGER

 

Job Description:
Manages the full operations of the entire mall.

Monitors the sales performance of the tenants and the management and coordination of all the activities of the tenants; determines strategies together with the Lease Marketing Officer on improving the mall's tenant mix to attract more customers into the mall, department store and supermarket.

Ensures the completion and submission of all reports of Top Management.

Executes all directives and performs his duties

and responsibilities with a sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset and attitude.Ensures excellence in customer service delivery by the Mall Operations Staff to ensure customer loyalty and retention and attract more tenants to the mall.

Job Qualifications:
With at least 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in Retail Industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Very good leadership and coordinating skills

Excellent customer orientation
