Mall Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring the profitability of mall operations in accordance with Management's directives and income expectations.Implement programs for the constant enhancement of the physical value of the mall by creating strategies to ensure a safe and secure environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize the mall and its services.Organize meetings with prospective tenants and maintain up-to-date market knowledge.Develop and uphold the corporate mall identity - ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines.Effectively manage the productivity of the team.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder in any course.Must have at least 3 years of work experience from fast food establishments in a managerial capacity.Must be highly accountable, hands-on, competitive, customer-focused, results-oriented, driven, a team player, and self-motivated.Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with the ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met.We have vacancies in the following WM Malls: NORTH LUZON NCR WM Caloocan (Maypajo)SOUTH LUZON *In your application, please specify your preferred WalterMart Mall branch assignment.
