Mall Architect - Digos Branch

**JOB SUMMARY**:- Responsible for the day-to-day checking, monitoring, and supervision of the stores' physical condition and maintenance services to ensure its proper upkeep, including its amenities and equipment in accordance with Company standards and Mall House Rules of Safety, Cleanliness, and Orderliness. Oversees projects from beginning to end making sure that structures meet company policies, tenants specifications, and standards on design, image, and construction.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Manages mall operations activities related to construction guidelines and tenant requirements.- Conducts site supervision, monitoring, and coordination.- Prepares as-built, and proposed CAD drawings.- Works closely with contractors, tenants, and officials on-site on ensuring design works are carried out to specific standards.- Periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair/renovation needs of the stores and stalls.- Be present in pre-construction meetings with tenants and contractors.- Conducts discussion/meetings with tenants, contractors on feedback and updates.- Complete check-in inspections and inform maintenance of deficiencies.- Prepare and maintain accurate and complete records and reports of any building maintenance related documents.- Perform other related duties assigned by superiors.**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:- Experience in the relevant field is not required- Good communication skills (written, oral, and listening)- Can adapt to new technology- Ability to work with all levels of employees and management team.- Well-developed time management skills including ability to identify, prioritize and complete tasks and projects in an effective and timely manner.- Knowledgeable in AUTO-CAD, 3D SketchUp Applications, MS office and estimates.- Can work independently with mínimal supervision- A team player**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Employee discount- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary
