Maintenance Technician

Duties & Responsibilities: Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standardsPerform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)Assist in set up of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessaryMaintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionalityInspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when neededPerform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticideConduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (planting, carpentry etc.)Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed Qualifications: Proven experience as maintenance technicianBasic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration and other systemsKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsWorking knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devicesManual dexterity, problem-solving skills, Microsoft office knowledgeableGood physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtimeHigh school diploma or equivalentCertificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is a PLUS
Work Location: Las Pinas City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday; 8AM to 5PM
Salary range: 16,000 to 20,000
