Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician is responsible for regular facility maintenance and equipment repairs. Their responsibilities include repairing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring, inspecting structures to ensure safety requirements and coordinating significant repairs with building occupants.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Conducting regular building maintenance, such as repairing structural damage to the windows, doors or walls.Fixing leaky or damaged plumbing to prevent water damage and enable complete usage of water fixtures repairing damaged electrical wiring in the event of a shortage or broken wire.Keeping the building's HVAC system maintained to ensure that the facility's climate control system is operating as intended.Implementing preventative maintenance on the structure to lower the likelihood of future issues, such sealing a flat roof.Addressing possible risks to safety to prevent harm.Painting the structure after the previous coat has faded or chipped.
