• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment• Follow maintenance program• Ensure safe and acceptable operating standards• Manage spare parts inventory• Optimize machine operating parameters• Investigate machine downtime• Adhere to EHS practices and standards• Report observed hazards• Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting• Interpret schematic/CAD designs• Write maintenance standards• Work independently and eager to learn
Requirements
• 2-4 years graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Technology• 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing• Knowledge in Total Productive Maintenance• Experience as maintenance technician in manufacturing• Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards• Problem-solving skills• Ability to interpret designs and illustrations• Ability to write maintenance standards
