Maintenance Support Va

Responsibilities:
?? Schedule vendor services
?? Facilitate requested repairs and completion
?? Follow up with vendors and tenants
?? Other tasks as required
Qualifications:
?? WITH C1 or C2 level of English communication
?? WITH Real Estate background as Maintenance Coordinator
?? Experience with writing and documenting important informations
?? Experience with B2B and B2C cold calling (Inbound & Outbound)
?? Knows how to organized and has great attention to detail and quality assurance
?? Strategic thinker
?? Must be able to prioritize work
?? Courteous and friendly
?? Ability to build trust
?? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
?? Other skills as required
