Maintenance Supervisor

With more than five (5) years working experience as Maintenance Supervisor preferably in Plastic Injection/molding company.
- With effective leadership and management skills
- Willing to work in shiting schedule
- Responsible in the repair and maintenance of mold, machines and other company equipment including maintenance of records.
- Responsible in planning and implementing maintenance schedules.
- Monitors and prepares reports of machine downtime.
- Upgrade preventive maintenance activities and develop predictive maintenance according to machine performance
- Promptly reports any incident or accident to the immediate superior such as abnormal condition of machines/equipment and Abnormal behavior of operators that might damage machines and other facilities.
- Initiates in practicing 5S including safety, not only in the area of responsibility but also of the entire company premises.
