Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to : Vice President for Finance and Admin

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenancePrepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloadsEmploy, supervise and train workersCoordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activitiesOversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on timeMaintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storageComply with all health and safety regulations and practices on siteConduct preventative maintenance workConduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair workConduct safety inspections as scheduledEstablish strategies to meet workload demands on timeComply with the Warehouse's strict requirements for Relative Humidity Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or any related course
Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
Effective budgeting and performance management
Great eye for detail & time management skills
Computer-literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools
Able to meet tight deadlines & strong decision-making/problem-solving skills
